Dmitriy is an experienced attorney and software engineer. Dmitriy leverages his proficiency in both technical and legal domains to establish a specialization in property and technology law, focusing on AI, computer technologies and property valuations. He worked on numerous litigations, helping his clients enforce patents in US District Courts and before the International Trade Commission.

Dmitriy founded FlagshipIP, LLC - a law firm specializing in intellectual property related services. Prior to founding FlagshipIP, Dmitriy practiced law with MINTZ, where he managed technical discovery and source code review projects for large patent litigations involving multinational technology companies. Dmitriy is recognized as one of the World’s Leading Intellectual Property Strategists by Intellectual Asset Magazine, appearing in its 2021, 2022 and 2023 edition of the World's 300 Leading IP Strategists.
